OPEN TO THE PUBLIC! Presentation in the Workshop building about Kissimmee River Restoration efforts by Louisa Kerwin, Director Riverwoods Field Lab.

7:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.

Astronomy Night

The presentation will be about Jupiter, the largest planet in our solar system. How does Jupiter compare to Earth? Are the any similarities or differences? Is anything about Jupiter unique or exceptional? Come out and find out these facts and more.

And don't forget, all of our presentations are indoors or under cover, so the weather can't stop us. And, as always, we hope for clear skies so we can get the scopes out for observing. If we can, we'll "focus" on a galaxy or two, what is probably the most observed nebula in the galaxy, some star clusters, colorful stars and Jupiter.
