Join World Food Championships Chef Amy Freeze in the Outdoor Kitchen for a dinner celebrating everything pumpkin. Enjoy pumpkin hummus, pumpkin and ginger scones, roasted pumpkin salad, pumpkin risotto with cider braised chicken, pumpkin and dark chocolate tarts with caramel sea foam candy and a creamy pumpkin cocktail with Rumchata.
Meal is served with flavored tea, water, seasonal craft beers, and wine.
