Laundry & Bourbon/Lone Star

  • November 1-4
  • Thursday - Saturday: 10:00 p.m.
  • Sunday: 7:30 p.m.

James McLure's one-acts Laundry & Bourbon and Lone Star give a picture of life in the sleepy town of Maynard, Texas. In Laundry & Bourbon, the action centers on the discontent and very funny gossip of three small-town wives whose marriages have turned out to be less than what was hoped for, while Lone Star features the men – and their encounters with one another. Together, these black comedies depict the effects of the Vietnam War on those who went and those who stayed home.

This performance contains strong language and mature content.
