The Way We Worked at Polk County History Center

The Smithsonian is coming to the Polk County History Center. "The Way We Worked" is a special exhibition which explores and interprets the history of labor in the US and in Polk. Created by the National Archives for the Museum on Main Street program, this interactive and multisensory exhibit transports visitors to the worksite during diverse eras in our nation's history. 

The Way We Worked has been made possible at the Polk County History Center by the Florida Humanities Council.

The Polk County History Center, in Bartow, is open Tuesday - Saturday.
