Townhomes with Resort Amenities
VCF: What sets Regal Palms apart from other Orlando Vacation rental destinations?
SB: We provide a home away from home with the access to resort amenities like three-bedroom townhomes, an arcade, 24-hour front desk service and a spa.
VCF: What is the coolest story or compliment you’ve gotten from a guest regarding their stay?
SB: Hmmm. We get so many! The coolest compliment, because I’ve been here so long, is meeting visitors who come back year after year. They want to bring their kids and grandkids because this is their place- this is where they vacation. That’s cool.
Onsite Dining at Regal Palms
VCF: Describe your restaurant, Banana Jack’s, in one or two sentences.
SB: Banana Jack’s offers casual dining with a family-friendly atmosphere. There is an arcade where kids can play and full service dining and bar for mom and dad.
VCF: What do you order off of the menu, Shemil?
SB: Our menu changes a lot because it’s seasonal, but when The Santa Fe wrap is on there, that’s what I order… or pizza, which is on the menu 365!
VCF: What is the kid-friendliest option on the menu, or what would your 7 year-old self order off the menu?
SB: A Hand dipped sundae. Hands down, that would be my lunch!
VCF: What fun things are there for kids to do at the resort?
SB: Kids just love the arcade, which is like a mini Chuck E. Cheese. And since it’s indoors, they can have fun regardless of the weather.
VCF: What activities do adults enjoy the most?
SB: It may sound silly, but adults enjoy the slide in our pool just as much as any kid. They love the lazy river, too.
VCF: As a local, what is your favorite place to shop?
SB: Lakeside Village. They’ve got a movie theatre, restaurants, shopping and the coolest candy shop I the county, Rocket Fizz. We always leave there with too much candy, but no one ever complains.
VCF: How do you accommodate sports teams? What packages do they like the most?
SB: They absolutely love how budget friendly we are. The savings comes in their ability to sleep eight to 12 people in one townhouse. They occupy fewer units, which translates to more fun and less money.
