World Water Ski Show Tournament
Serving as the capstone event for the 100th Anniversary of Water Ski, the 2022 IWWF World Water Ski Show Tournament will be the largest tournament to date. Teams and individuals from around the world will travel to Winter Haven, FL. the “Water Ski Capital of the World,” to compete for the internationally recognized discipline of show ski. This will be the first event to combine an Individual and Team competition. Each team will perform a one-hour spectator-friendly show that combines entertainment with world class athletics.
Teams that are expected to participate include the United States, Belgium, Canada, Germany, Australia, Sweden and the ACA Ski Exhibition Team from Mexico!

The tournament will be held on Lake Silver at Martin Luther King Jr. Park, adjacent to downtown Winter Haven. Admission to view any of the competition is completely free.
The venue at MLK Park will have some limited bleacher seating during the week, so be sure to get there early for the show you’d like to see!
Parking
The downtown location is ideal for general parking areas. MLK Park at Lake Silver is a centrally located venue with plenty of free general parking options with a short walk throughout the surrounding area. There will be golf cart transfer from downtown for anyone needing assistance.

This is the first official day of competition starting with Individual Swivel Ski event followed by Adagio Doubles and capped off by the ACA Ski Exhibition show.

Sunday, October 23
Day 3 of competition will start with teams placed by their scores from Saturday. The Individual Freestyle jump competition will follow in the late afternoon. Medal Ceremony will conclude the day.

Events Coinciding with the Tournament
The City of Winter Haven will come out in full force to welcome participants and attendees from around the world with some great events outside the tournament. The Night with the Stars of Show Skiing red carpet gala will be held at Nora Mayo Hall on the evening of Tuesday October 18th. Celebrate the glamour and excitement of show skiing through the decades this glitzy event!
The International Food & Drink Festival will be a fantastic celebration of food and drink from around the world on the streets of downtown Winter Haven. The event will be held the evening of Thursday October 20th from 5:30 PM. Admission is free, and everyone is welcome!
