The 28th Annual Lakeland Pigfest will feature more than 150 competition barbecue teams during a weekend of good eatin’, good friends, and good tunes to benefit Lakeland-area charities.
Lakeland Pigfest – 2-Day BBQ Festival
Pigfest is one of the largest Barbecue Competitions in the southeast and the Largest KCBS sanctioned event in Florida. Since 1997, the event has generated over 2 million dollars in charitable donations that have been disbursed to the Lakeland Community through various community partnerships.
The 2-day BBQ festival is held at the SUN ‘n FUN Expo Campus on Medulla Road in Lakeland.

Florida Triple Crown of BBQ
Since Pigfest came to Lakeland in 1997, we’ve been proud to partake in the Southeastern tradition of the BBQ cookoff and give chefs a place to show off their skills.
Now, we’re proud to announce the 2nd annual Triple Crown of BBQ which gives BBQ competition teams a chance to compete across three major competitions and take home the Triple Crown! Make sure to come out to all three competitions to try some of the best BBQ and see who might take home the crown!
