Sauvage – New Age Restaurant in Downtown Winter Haven
Eat, Drink & Be Wild
Step into Sauvage, Downtown Winter Haven’s newest culinary hotspot, where bold flavors meet eco-conscious dining in a vibrant, jungle-inspired setting. This “jungle pub” invites you to explore a menu infused with Polynesian and Asian influences, all while sipping on ethically sourced, small-batch eco-spirits.
A Fusion of Flavors
The menu features playful dishes like “Auntie’s Wings,” slow-roasted and flash-fried with a secret island sauce, and the “Shaka Burger,” a prime rib twist on the classic cheeseburger. All dishes are prepared without seed oils, opting instead for beef tallow to enhance flavor and satiation.
Eco-Spirits & Vibrant Vibes
Sauvage is proud to be the first bar in Polk County to serve eco-spirits—small-batch liquors made from ethically sourced ingredients and packaged sustainably. The beverage program includes tropical cocktails, frozen tiki drinks, and a curated selection of wines, beers, and sake. The atmosphere is elevated by a frequency healing DJ, setting the perfect vibe for your dining experience.
Casual Service, Elevated Experience
Embracing a casual yet refined approach, Sauvage encourages guests to order food and drinks directly from the bar, inspired by Japanese pub culture. This self-service model offers diners more control over their experience, with dishes served as they’re ready.
