Renovated in 2021, the design takes cues from its 1920’s art deco history, elegant lines of the royal family’s swan descendants, as well as the lush gardens and vibrant hues of citrus groves nearby.
This restaurant serves breakfast, brunch, lunch, and dinner featuring the best ingredients, local offerings, and sourcing sustainably raised proteins. The Grille’s menus focus on its quality ingredients, with everything made fresh in the restaurant. Some items found on the unique dinner menu include Florida Red Snapper, Colorado Lamb Loin, Sous Vide Tenderloin, or Vegan Squash.
