Meeting at SpringHill Suites Lakeland
Located in Lakeland’s quaint downtown, the location of the SpringHill Suites Lakeland puts meeting attendees within walking distance, or a short ride away from a wide selection of locally owned restaurants, retail stores, coffee shops and the weekly Lakeland Downtown Farmers Market.
With the SpringHill Suite’s proximity to the RP Funding Center, the property received a number of upgrades and was designed differently than a typical SpringHill Suites extended stay hotel. The property’s 7,750 square feet of indoor meeting and outdoor event space can host smaller stand-alone meetings, or the space can be used to augment the RP Funding Center’s 100,000 square feet of event space. This property is a great place to stay for Marriott Rewards Members.

Meeting Services
The in-house events team at the SpringHill Suites Lakeland works with each client individually to develop a custom meeting program and is at the ready to ensure flawless execution of your event.
All meeting and event spaces have high-speed WiFi connections with the capabilities for video conferencing and execution of hybrid/virtual event broadcasting. Accommodations
Accommodations are another upgraded feature of the SpringHill Suites Lakeland. All 126 rooms are suites, but the property has a select number of Cabana Suites, that feature its own poolside cabana. The property also has upgraded Presidential Suites to accommodate event VIP’s, speakers and entertainers.
Food and Beverage
While the hotel provides “select service”, the hotel was designed with a large lobby bar/lounge, with outdoor seating and fire pits and serves up an upgraded menu of food and beverage offerings. For meetings, conferences and special events the hotel is equipped with a fully equipped catering kitchen and utilizes a select list of local catering vendors and an in-house Catering Manager. While light bites and standard meal options can be provided by the hotel’s catering team, the outside catering providers can offer more extensive menus ranging from a casual barbecue buffet to a more formal plated sit-down dinner.
