The will be held at Tigertown in Lakeland and will finish on historic Publix Field at Joker Marchant Stadium. Home of the Lakeland Flying Tigers and spring training home of the Detroit Tigers, Tigertown and the surrounding area is flat and fast.
This USATF Certified course will start in the stadium parking lot, weave its way through beautiful Lake Parker Park and end on the warning track near third base.
All participants will receive a goody bag, free food, and shirt. Specialty dog tags will be given to all 5k finishers. Awards will be given to top overall male and female, top masters male and female, as well as the top grand masters male and female. In addition, awards will be given to top 3 male and female in the standard 5-year age groups.

This event is part of Run 863, a series of four 5Ks in Polk County. Competitors who finish three of the four races receive a special commemorative medal.
