Lake Wales City Mural

Tom Freeman mural in downtown Lake Wales depicts historic view of the city.

The downtown Lake Wales City Mural was completed in the mid-1990s at Scenic Optical. Part of the Lake Wales collection, this mural was created by Tom Freeman, with the assistance of area students and local artists. Artist Lisa Moore was commissioned to restore the mural in 2007.

This mural is located in downtown Lake Wales. While you’re in town, make plans to visit Lake Wales History Museum or Bok Tower Gardens.
