The Terrace Hotel in Lakeland, FL

The Terrace boasts three rentable spaces with up to 3,185 square feet and 88 guest rooms and suites. We can host up to 72 people. As Lakeland’s only full-service restaurant and hotel, we have many capabilities. Its historic charm and beautiful design create a unique setting for your unforgettable event, with an on-site sales and catering team to curate it all.
Meeting Rooms
The 3 indoor meeting spaces at the Terrace Hotel will accommodate 40 to 105 attendees in complete comfort and privacy, with a grand ballroom and smaller breakout rooms being conveniently clustered for effective program flow. The main ballroom offers 1,628 square feet of conference and meeting space, and is the largest meeting space on site. The Lake Mirror room features breathtaking views of Downtown Lakeland’s Lake Mirror with floor-to-ceiling windows.
Crystal Ballroom
The largest meeting room on-site, the Crystal Ballroom can host 105 people banquet style. The flexibility of this room is great for hosting various size meetings or conferences as well as events.
Lake Mirror
The Lake Mirror room overlooks Lakeland’s famous lake, Lake Mirror. With floor-to-ceiling windows, tall ceilings, and unique décor style, this room is perfect for an evening reception or nice dinner after a long meeting. This room can seat 40 banquet style.
The Mezzanine
The Mezzanine is the perfect spot to sip, socialize, and soak up the ambiance of our beautiful hotel. Hilton Honors Elite Members can enjoy complimentary drinks & bites for their member perk on weekdays! It is great to use this space immediately after a meeting for drinks and hors d’oeuvres before heading out for dinner.
Staying at the Terrace Hotel
This 88-room hotel is the perfect place to host an intimate meeting or conference. Each room is equipped with Crabtree & Evelyn bath amenities, a large bathroom with shower or tub, a 55-inch flat-screen HDTV. Additional highlights include a spacious work desk with an ergonomic chair, complimentary WiFi, Nespresso coffeemaker, and in-room safe. The Terrace Hotel also offers suites if you are looking for more room.

Dining at the Terrace Grille
Lakeland’s prominent upscale dining location for all generations to gather and celebrate. The Terrace Grille is an elegant urban oasis in the heart of Downtown, they are recognized for their historic floor-to-ceiling arched windows, black and white patterned floors, and dramatic pecky cypress patterned ceilings. The scratch kitchen features the freshest ingredients, local offerings, and sustainably sourced and humanely raised proteins.
